Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.
Secure Your Frames
Place your eyewear in its original protective case and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all cleaning cloths and accessories are included.
Drop Off and Track
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.
